Dollar rate in Sri Lanka today

The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (May 28) compared to Monday.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 293.75 to Rs. 294.15 and from Rs. 303.25 to Rs.303.65, respectively.

At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 293.50 to Rs. 293.75 and the selling rate from Rs. 304.50 to Rs. 304.75.

According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 294.59 to Rs. 295.13 and from Rs. 304.56 to Rs. 305.12, respectively.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar is unchanged at Rs. 293.58, while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 303.75 to Rs. 304.50.

Meanwhile, at Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 295.50 to Rs. 296 and from Rs. 304.50 to Rs. 305, respectively. (Newswire)
