Dollar rate in Sri Lanka today

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (July 12) compared to Thursday.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 297.80 and Rs. 307.30, respectively.

At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 296.60 to Rs. 295.80 and the selling rate from Rs. 307.60 to Rs. 306.80.

According to Peoples Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 297.87 to Rs. 296.65, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 308.56 to Rs. 307.29.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 297.70 to Rs. 296.95 and the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 307.50 to Rs. 306.75.

Meanwhile, at Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 299 to Rs. 298 and from Rs. 308 to Rs. 307, respectively. (Newswire)
