A new report on Australia’s 20 most trusted brands for 2024 has been published.
Pollster Roy Morgan has conducted a new survey to identify the brands that Australians trust the most, and this time the list includes brands that have not been included before.
This nomination was made based on customer trust under 20 categories and CSL was named as the most trusted pharmaceutical company in Australia.
In a new category in this year’s edition, Pharmaceutical manufacturers CSl were named the most trusted Aussie company.
Among other products, they make vaccines, blood products and other medicines.
Telecommunications – Aussie Broadband
Banks – Bendigo Bank
Outside of the big four banks, Bendigo Bank was named as the most trusted bank.
Retail – Bunnings
Supermarkets and Convenience Stores – Aldi
Department and Discount Stores – Kmart
Consumer Products – Samsung
Services – Australia Post
Charities – Australian Red Cross
Technology – Apple
Travel and Tourism – Virgin Australia
Food and Beverage – Cadbury
Automotive – Toyota
Payments, Cards and Loans – Paypal
Superannuation and Wealth Management – AustralianSuper
Insurance – NRMA
Private Health Insurance – Bupa
Utilities – Sydney Water
Government Services – CSIRO
Media – ABC
