Firefighters have rushed to a multi-million dollar house in Sydney after it caught fire on Boxing Day.
Flames and smoke were seen coming from the three-level home on Kent Street in Waverley, near Bondi.
The fire is believed to have started on the second floor of the home, which sold for $2.7m in 2013, according to Domain.
Everyone inside was evacuated, with firefighters seen working to extinguish the fire.
