Levy introduced for Australians travelling to Bali

Australians heading to Bali will now have to pay extra to visit the popular island hotspot.

A $15 levy has been imposed on all foreign tourists who enter the region.

Indonesian tourists will be exempt from the new rules.Authorities say the fee is aimed at protecting the island’s environment and culture.An estimated 260,000 Aussies visit the holiday hot spot each year.
