A notice not to fall for visa scams in Australia

The Department of Home Affairs has informed people to avoid getting caught in visa scams and get relevant services regularly in Australia.

Accordingly, it has been advised that only the persons providing legal services should pay a certain amount for the provision of immigration assistance with the visa application in Australia.

The Department of Home Affairs advises that organizations or individuals who select migrants should only obtain the necessary services through a registered migration agent or legal practitioner registered in Australia.

It has also been emphasized that immigration assistants seeking advice should be a legal person with knowledge or experience in the legal procedure required for visa applications or other visa matters.

Recently, there are people in Australia who are engaged in fraudulent activities using fake documents, so immigrants should pay attention to it and if there is any doubt, they are requested to inform the Department of Home Affairs about it.
