Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is expected to be the target of a pro-Palestinian rally in Melbourne on Thursday.
The Prime Minister is in the city to headline the 2023 Outlook Conference, alongside Treasurer Jim Chalmers.
The event is set to be overshadowed by a planned pro-Palestine protest which will take place directly outside of the conference.
The rally is taking aim at Mr Albanese over his support of Israel and the bombardment of the Gaza Strip.
The rally has been planned by Students for Palestine Victoria.
