Australians are being encouraged to donate their unwanted gifts to The Galeries on behalf of the Red Cross.
“We’ve got about 170 shops around Australia,” says Australian Red Cross Chief Funding Officer Jason Laufer.
“The proceeds of those shops actually help our humanitarian work not only locally in Australia but actually all around the globe,” he told Sky News Australia.
“With that, there’s examples such as the Far North Queensland floods at the moment.
“The funds from the presents that are actually sold will go and actually help them.”
