Australia Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has taken steps to buy a new house worth 4.3 million dollars for his girlfriend.
The related contract work for this property was done in September and by the end of this month all the legal work is to be completed.
Albanese confirmed his recent purchase to 2GB this morning, which is described as “cliff-top perfection”.
The property was sold for $1.7 million in 2017 before being bought for $4.65 million in 2021.
Avoca Beach McGrath Real Estate has sold the property to the prime minister for $4.3 million after the property has been on the market for more than a year.
It has also been revealed that Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s aide, Jodie Hayden, has family and friends in the area.
