Thousands of people have had their passport and travel details exposed in the latest data breach to hit Australia.
Melbourne-based travel agency Inspiring Vacations is investigating a cybersecurity incident that happened in November last year.
A protected database of more than 100,000 records was leaked online, including passport images, travel itineraries and tickets.
Some travel documents included partial credit card numbers.
A cybersecurity researcher who discovered the breach and reported it to the travel company says the database has since been secured.
Inspiring Vacations has notified the Office of the Information Commissioner of the incident.
