A Bali paw patrol will be front and centre of efforts to crack down on overseas visitors dodging a new tourist tax.
The $15 toll was introduced on February 14 and pitched as a way to fund sustainability initiatives on the island.
Officials say just 40 per cent of international arrivals, or about 5000 tourists every day, have been paying up in the five weeks since it was brought in.
