A new ranking has been released regarding universities in Australia.
It is said that these reports have been released to give students an idea of which universities to choose as Year 12 students in schools across the country have completed their exams.
The ranking was made by the Australian Financial Review based on the criteria of research, teaching, professional outcomes and equity of the universities.
According to that classification, the University of Queensland has won the first place and the Australian National University has won the second place in this classification.
Monash University has got the third position and the University of New South Wales has got the 4th position in this ranking.
It is said that the fifth place has come to the University of Adelaide and the sixth place to the University of Melbourne.
From the 7th position to the 10th position, the University of Western Australia, University of Sydney, Bond University and Wollongong University have respectively.
Ranked 19th, La Trobe University holds the last place.
