Victoria has been ranked number one according to a recent report on Australia’s healthiest states and territories.
This classification is done taking into account all the criteria such as exercising with good health guidelines, consuming fruits and vegetables and drinking alcohol.
According to that classification, it has been revealed that even though more than 75 percent of the people of the state of Victoria, which came first as the healthiest state, drink alcohol, they stay within the prescribed limits and exercise properly.
Australia’s metropolitan region has been named the second healthiest state.
The state of New South Wales has been named in the third place and South Australia has been named in the 4th place.
It is said that this designation has been made based on the factors of people’s health habits, diet patterns, exercise and health.
Here Western Australia has the 5th place and Tasmania has the 6th place.
