Sri Lanka’s Cricket Selection Committee chief Pramodya Wickramasinghe has revealed various conspiracies spanning over the last two and a half years which he claimed was the downfall of Sri Lanka Cricket.
Issuing a letter, he further said that many of those involved in the conspiracies are using social media to achieve their purpose.
“Those behind the conspiracies are none other than those seeking power in Sri Lanka Cricket, brokers engaged in competitive betting, and those who are trying to seal a spot in the national team,” he said.
Stating that social media is being used as a key platform to take forward the conspiracy campaigns, Pramodya Wickramasinghe said eventually it has led to the downfall of Sri Lanka Cricket.
