(The vehicle in which Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Tissa Attanayake was travelling in met with an accident at Jawatte Road in Colombo last night.
The MP told the Daily Mirror that his vehicle was hit by a jeep travelling at very high speed.
“I was unharmed but my vehicle was damaged,” he said.
July 13th The vehicle in which MP Dilan Perera was travelling has met with an accident near the Galanigama interchange of the Southern Expressway,
It is reported that the former minister was unharmed, however, another person who was travelling in the vehicle had sustained injuries in the accident.
Kalutara – South Police together with the Expressway Police are conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
Same date The vehicle in which former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen was traveling has reportedly been involved in a road accident in the Karuwalagaswewa area July 13th
The incident has occurred when a cyclist had abruptly entered the road, causing the SUV in which the former Minister was travelling to veer off the road in an attempt to avoid a collision, the police said.
The vehicle has reportedly sustained minor damages in the incident.
Karuwalagaswewa Police is conducting further investigations regarding the accident.
