An $8 million lottery winner bought from a dealer in the Melbourne CBD has yet to come forward to claim his prize, lottery officials say.
It is reported that the winner of 8 million dollars has emerged from division one of the lottery drawn last Tuesday.
The winning lottery ticket was sold by Central Station News in Melbourne and is not registered, making it difficult to find the winner.
Central Station News owner Shuxia Tang said the $8 million prize could change the mystery man’s life.
So anyone who bought a lottery ticket from the Central Station News in Melbourne CBD this week is being asked to check their lotteries immediately.
Lottery spokeswoman Anna Hobdell said she believed the winner would be “overjoyed” when she checked her lottery ticket and found out she had won.
