
The NSW Central Coast has already copped a serious drenching, but the rain is forecast to get even worse this afternoon and into tomorrow.
Volunteer group NSW Central Coast Incident Alerts, News & Information said the region is set to receive more than 150mm today, and some roads are already covered in water.
“It is safe to assume there would be considerable water across the roads, especially in the usual flood-prone areas,” it posted on Facebook, sharing this picture of an SUV driving through the flooded Johnson Road at Tuggerah yesterday.

Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia have all cancelled flights in and out of Sydney Airport on Friday amid the wild weather.
All up 92 domestic arriving and departing flights have either been cancelled or delayed.
