1. Church Point, NSW
Church Point in NSW where house owners linger the longest around the country, with an average ownership period of 22.47 years.
2. Mount Ommaney, Queensland
The average was 21.51 years in Mount Ommaney.
3. Morangup
Taking the bronze was rural Morangup, with an average ownership period of 21.18 years.
4. Macgregor, Queensland
And it’s 20.77 years in Macgregor.
5. North Yunderup, Western Australia
The average is 20.75 years in North Yunderup.
