We know a thing or two about the best cities in the world for food, but finding the world‘s best restaurants is a slightly more complicated task.
Thankfully, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants does the legwork every year, with the help of 1,080 international restaurant industry experts, including critics, food writers, chefs and restaurateurs.
Following last month’s announcement of the top 51-100 restaurants, the eagerly anticipated list of winners has finally dropped for 2024 – and the 22nd edition has named Disfrutar in Barcelona as the world’s best restaurant this year.
