University of Wollongong discovers shocking fact about vaping

Experts are advising teenagers ditch vaping after it was revealed several companies have recently tripled the amount of nicotine in their products.

The study done by the University of Wollongong shows the move has resulted in more teenagers becoming addicted to vaping.

The study also found only one in four vaping products discloses nicotine content.

The University also concluded the tripled nicotine content in vapes, if finished, was the equivalent of smoking two packs of cigarettes a day.

One in three teenagers have tried vaping despite sales being illegal to those aged under the age of 18.
