Bad news for meat lovers – going vegan for a bit can make you biologically younger,
according to a new study out of the US.
Researchers assembled 21 pairs of adult identical twins and fed one of each pair an omnivorous diet for 8 weeks,
while their sibling was put on a vegan diet for the same time.
The omnivore diet included 170 to 225 grams of meat, one and a half servings of dairy per day and one egg.
