One of Melbourne’s busiest freeways will be partially closed over the coming fortnight due to work on the delayed West Gate Tunnel.
The outbound exit from the West Gate Freeway to the M80 Ring Road will be shut for nine days from January 10.
Other lanes and ramps will be closed until early March.
New road surfaces will be laid but authorities say they’ll manage work times to ensure no major clashes with busier peak periods.
It follows dramas with similar roadworks last year after Google Maps wasn’t informed of closures.
