Westpac and St. George Bank’s internet banking has been suspended for the third day, many customers have been severely affected.
Both banks said customers reported problems accessing online and mobile banking this morning.
It is special that this problem was reported today after the obstacles that arose in internet banking services were restored yesterday and the day before.
In a statement, Westpac and St George’s Bank said they apologized to customers for the inconvenience reported this morning.
The announcement also stated that their service teams are working to solve this internet service problem and will provide updated information in this regard to the customers.
